We had an amazing experience at the Chuck E. Cheese in Grand Prairie! From the moment our group arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. A special thank you to Zoila, who went above and beyond to ensure our children, staff, and families had a smooth, fun, and memorable visit. Her hospitality, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out and made all the difference. Organizing a large childcare group isn't always easy, but she handled everything with such care and excellence. The kids had an absolute blast, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Because of Zoila's outstanding customer service, Kidz Are People Too of Arlington will definitely be back! Thank you for making our field trip one to remember. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thought that being the location, it would be a good place, but I was wrong. Mostly all tables were dirty, so I had to clean up my own table so we could sit down. Too bad my daughter loves Chuck E. Cheese. SMH, I need to find a better location, I guess.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pizza. There could have been a few extra cashiers, or maybe a kiosk for self ordering foods and services. I might have to go back, to see some more of the hot mom's. 🔥

I had a really disappointing experience at Chuck E. Cheese. I asked an employee a simple question about when Chuck E. would be coming out, and instead of getting a helpful answer, I was completely dismissed. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager, but still didn’t make any effort to assist me. I even asked if she could check with someone else, and instead of helping, she just stood there texting on her phone. It felt very unprofessional and honestly a bit disrespectful. As a customer, I shouldn’t feel brushed off for asking a basic question. The whole interaction gave the impression that she didn’t take her role seriously or value customer experience. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
